Does BuildBetter train its models on my data?
BuildBetter does not train its models on your data. You control how your data is used, and is automatically deleted for inactive accounts.
How does BuildBetter protect my data?
We employ multiple layers of security—administrative, technical, physical, and organizational—to safeguard your data. For instance, all interactions with our internal admin systems are logged and regularly audited. User data access is strictly limited, granted solely based on job requirements, and requires explicit security authorization. To enhance secure deployment within your organization, BuildBetter integrates seamlessly with major Single Sign-On (SSO) providers and supports multi-factor authentication (MFA). Furthermore, we apply secure key management practices linking data to unique customer identifiers, ensuring confidentiality. In accounts with multiple teams, data and inputs remain isolated and inaccessible across teams, even within the same organization. What data does BuildBetter store?
BuildBetter adopts a minimal data retention policy, holding your data only for the duration necessary to utilize our platform effectively. We do not use any customer data for model training purposes. All data, files, materials, inputs, and resulting outputs provided or generated through the use of our platform remain exclusively owned by you.
